It took me years to unlearn the internal belief that suicide isn’t a crime. Or a sin. Instead, it’s the consequence of deep, unrelenting, untreated pain. And yet, the words we’ve been taught to use—“committed suicide”—still frame it like a moral failure.

This episode is about changing that. Because when we change the way we talk about suicide, we change the way we understand it. And that’s how we change the narrative for good.
